Three - Four Months Before
A few months before your wedding, we’ll connect to thoughtfully plan your custom photography timeline. Together we will walk through the moments you’re most excited about and ensure the rest flows with ease. If you're working with a planner or creative team, I’ll collaborate seamlessly with them to ensure your entire vision is captured with elegance and intention.
Let’s finalize the details! We will review any last minute changes, finalize family photo lists, and schedule a complimentary Flat Lay Detail day to beautifully capture the finest of details.
Your Wedding Day
With a seamless blend of editorial elegance and authentic storytelling, I will capture more than just stunning portraits, my team will preserve the true feeling of your day. When you look back at your images, you’ll not only see the day as it was, but also feel every moment all over again. A digital preview gallery will be sent to you within one week of your celebration.
Two Months - 1 Week Before
Eight - Twelve Weeks After
Within 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive a carefully edited gallery that captures your wedding day with honesty and intention. The result is a collection of images that feels timeless, emotional, and true to your experience.
Heirloom albums and luxury prints are available for couples who wish to preserve their story in a refined, lasting form.

Items can be added to any of our collections but items can not be taken away from collections.
Adding additional items after booking is always an option but collection options are no longer available after booking.

The couple in which the wedding will serve, in addition to any individuals helping to pay for the contracted photography services will be required to be listed on the contract and sign in order to get a date on my calendar.

The booking fee, in addition to the signed contract is due on the day of signing to reserve a date on my calendar. The booking fee amount due at signing is 20% of the collection selected, as well as, the transaction fee associated with the payment platform chosen.

Yes! I can create a custom pricing plan for you to spread out payments over your wedding planning period. I allow for up to three (3) installments after the booking fee is paid for payments. If your wedding date is over a year in advance, payments will be spread within 1 year of the wedding.

I accept virtual payment methods for both booking fees & installments. If clients are local, I do offer in person drop off for cash and check payments at a location set by me! Credit Card payments have a 3.0% processing fee and will be sent to your email in your initial inquiry. Venmo for Business has a 1.9% processing fee. The Venmo handle for payment will need to be provided with all booking details prior to booking. A request for the booking fee, in addition to, the final payment(s) with all details and due dates will be requested by me to keep everything organized!

Add-ons are available for purchase up to three months prior to the contracted date of service. Contract amendments will be made to the original contract for clients to sign to reflect the additional services or products provided.

Engagement sessions typically take between two to three weeks during busy season to complete. Larger scale events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, or bridal/ wedding showers will take roughly three to four weeks to complete. Wedding events take between eight and twelve weeks to complete and digitally deliver.

All collections are set as listed. Collections may be customized by clients with the add-on options available. Original collection inclusions cannot be exchanged or removed for price reductions if considered unnecessary to the couple. A couple may choose to not use a portion of the collection at their discretion.

Photos are delivered to your email provided in a digital online gallery. You may add on expedited photo delivery for an additional cost to receive photos in 14 business days.

Engagement sessions are a valued and intentional part of the AES experience. They offer a relaxed space for us to connect ahead of your wedding day, allowing you to feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourselves in front of the camera. This time together helps build trust and familiarity, so when your wedding day arrives, everything feels natural and effortless.
I guide you through the entire experience—from location selection to wardrobe and styling support—ensuring the session feels thoughtful, unhurried, and true to who you are as a couple. Beyond creating beautiful imagery, engagement sessions allow me to understand your dynamic, your energy, and the way you move together. That insight carries seamlessly into your wedding day, resulting in photographs that feel authentic, emotive, and deeply connected to your story.
